Full Planning Services
You have some ideas but don't know where to start or how to make them come to life. Full service planning inlcudes everything from start to finish. Vendor help and selections, budgeting, decor & design, accommodation assistance, timeline creation, rehearsal and approximately 12 hours of ceremony/reception coordinating, set up and tear down, it's all included. An initial meeting upon booking, and regular meetings with unlimited communication with Invite Only Events.
Partial Planning Services
You have most vendors secured and your decor locked down but you want to make sure your i's are dotted and t's are crossed as the big day gets closer. Partial Planning includes help 3 months out from ceremony day. Vendor confirmation, final touches, design help, timeline creation, rehearsal and approximately 12 hours of ceremony/reception coordinating, set up and tear down. An initial meeting upon booking, a meeting at the 3 month and 1 month out mark and unlimited communication with Invite Only Events.
Day-of Coordinating
You have everything planned, all vendors secured and the designs laid out but want to enjoy your big day without a worry. Day of Coordinating includes vendor confirmation, timeline creation , rehearsal and approximately 12 hours of wedding & reception coordinating, set up and tear down. An initial meeting upon booking, a meeting as we get closer to the big day and unlimited communication with Invite Only.
